Scope
This notice covers the Marc Consulting LLC company website. Separate agreements or notices may apply to client projects and applications we develop. Our AI services pages describe services we offer; this website does not operate an AI chatbot or send contact messages to an AI model.
Information you provide
The contact form asks for your name, email address, optional company name and message. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and discuss requested services. Please do not include passwords, payment information, health information or other sensitive records.
Website operation and security
Our website hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, requested pages and timestamps to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated submissions. See the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum for details.
Service providers
The website uses Cloudflare Pages for hosting and Turnstile for bot protection. Contact messages are transmitted through Resend to our designated contact mailbox hosted by Google Gmail. These providers process information as needed to provide their services. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where providers operate.
Meeting bookings and external links
The Meet and Book a meeting links open Calendly. When you follow those links, the information you provide there is handled through Calendly and its privacy notice. Calendly is linked rather than embedded in this website. Inactive social-media icons do not connect to social networks.
Cookies and analytics
The website code does not include advertising pixels, analytics scripts or marketing cookies. Hosting and anti-abuse services may process technical signals necessary to operate and protect the site. External services you visit through a link may have their own cookies and controls.
Retention
We retain inquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to respond, manage the requested business relationship and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Retention also depends on mailbox, backup and provider settings. When information is no longer required, it should be removed under our retention process.
Privacy questions and requests
Use our contact form and identify your message as a privacy request to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion. We may need to verify your identity before acting and may retain records where required. Available rights and exceptions depend on applicable law.
Security
We use measures designed to protect information, including encrypted connections, server-side form validation and controlled access to service credentials. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee complete security.
